You must try to hit the opposing player who is standing on the pedestal on the opposite side of the playing field. Each player has a health bar and you have to hit them multiple times to eliminate them. The tip for you is to try to hit their head to get more damage. Try to shoot as fast as possible and aim fast if you don't want to lose!
